Numb to our bodies’ vast intelligence, we can struggle to know when something really is a yes and when it is a no. This forces us to rely only on our minds and can mean we end up in situations that are unhealthy or harmful, or that we miss opportunities that could positively transform us. In this workshop, we will learn powerful methods: - That enable us to feel our bodies’ ‘yes’ and ‘no’. - That empower us to only engage in situations that are full-bodied yes’s. This will enable the safety and relaxation in the body that allows energy to flow, real connections to be made, meaning and healing to unfold, and waves of full-bodied pleasure to be felt. 🖤 Our Body’s Intelligence Our individualistic societies are mind-focused and dismiss the vast intelligence in the ‘field’. The ‘field’ does exist, physicists accept that the basic building block of the universe is information. Our bodies are able to ‘read’ this information and guide us wisely toward what is important: whether that’s making healthy choices when it comes to choosing romantic and sexual partners, making important decisions in relation to work, or healing the individual and collective wounds that hold us back from fully living our potential. In this workshop, we will learn powerful methods that enable us to ‘attune’ our bodies to information in the field so that we can: • Receive ‘downloads’ and embodied experiences that enable profound insights to arise and healing to take place. • Be moved toward meaningful, heart-felt, ‘alive,’ and exciting connections with others. 🖤 Tantric Techniques and Temple Space Tension, repressed emotions, and trauma create ‘blocks’ in our bodies, preventing sexual energy from flowing around the whole body. This stops us from experiencing the incredible multi-orgasmic potential of the body. Most of us are capable of experiencing far more pleasure than we do. Tantric techniques offer powerful tools to move us toward our pleasure potential. In this workshop, we will demonstrate some basic tantric techniques that you can—if you choose—practice in the temple space: - A technique that can empower you to feel your own and others’ ‘energy bodies’. - A technique that can empower you to experience a full-body energetic orgasm. This method can be used when pleasuring yourself or during lovemaking. - We will demonstrate basic sensual and tantric massage techniques suitable for all levels of intimacy. These methods take practice, and you will be able—should you choose to practice them during a free-flow Temple, where nothing needs to happen, and everything can happen. They have undertaken more than 8 years of extensive tantric training. Their teachers have included Alan Lowen (Art Of Being) and Pema (Wild Tantra). They have spent months in Peru learning from Maestro Heberto Garcia in the Loreto region of the Amazon rainforest. They are deeply connected with several plant medicines including Mappacho and Ayhuasca and, as a channel, can utilise the voice to transmit healing vibrations.
