Tantric Energetics for Deep Healing & Connection
What if what you call intuition is sometimes your nervous system reacting to old threats — or chasing familiar rewards?
Embodied Intuition is a consent-led workshop and temple for building a clearer, more reliable relationship with intuition. Not mystical. Not therapy. Practical, embodied skills you can use when life asks you to choose.
Intuition, Made Practical
Most of us have had a “gut feeling” that was actually fear, old patterning, or wishful thinking. This workshop helps you tell the difference. You’ll learn to recognise threat and reward signals in the body, and to listen for something quieter and more coherent — guidance that doesn’t collapse you into urgency or push you into avoidance.
You can understand this through modern systems thinking and nervous system science, or through older spiritual language. Either way, the doorway is the same: the body.
A grounded bridge between understanding and practice — so you leave with methods you can actually use.
Discernment over guesswork: Separate threat/reward reactions from clearer guidance.
Embodied consent: Track your true “yes”, “no”, and “not today” so your intuition isn’t distorted by people-pleasing or freeze.
Embodied Relational Awareness Practice (ERAP): Develop sensitivity to subtle information through the body — especially in relationship.
Relational sensing (the “Field”): Learn how information can be sensed in contact, beyond overthinking.
Structured → emergent arc: A clear day container that opens into a held temple space for applied practice.
What Embodied Intuition Actually Means
Embodied intuition is the practice of becoming literate in the body’s signals — and discerning which ones are old survival strategies, and which ones are coherent guidance. Your system is always communicating: contraction, warmth, pull, push, clarity, fog, urgency, steadiness. The skill is learning what each signal tends to mean for you, and testing it gently in real time.
This is not about trying to be “psychic” or special. It’s about building a relationship with perception that is reliable, repeatable, and grounded in consent and choice. When you can pause and listen, you stop repeating patterns unconsciously — and decisions become cleaner.
Why Practise This In Person
You can’t think your way into discernment. You can understand the concept and still default to the same loops — because the shift is physiological and relational. In person, you get a clear structure, guided practice, and a held container where you can train sensitivity with real feedback, not just self-analysis.
Consent is central: you practise pacing, asking, saying no, changing your mind, and staying connected to what’s true in your body. In a well-held group field, confusion stops being a private flaw and becomes workable material. That’s where intuition becomes less dramatic — and more useful.

What it isn’t
Not performance. Not fog.
Tantric Energetics isn’t spiritual theatre and it isn’t a belief system. You don’t need special language or an identity that says you’re “an energetic person”. If you feel you have to produce an experience to be doing it right, you’ll end up performing. Here we practise the opposite: notice what’s true, stay present, stay in choice. Honesty beats intensity.
Not therapy, not a cure
This isn’t therapy, and I don’t present it as treatment or cure. Sometimes people experience strong release tears, shaking, laughter, and deep stillness because the body reorganises when safety grows. But intensity isn’t the goal. Regulation and integration are. If you can’t pause, you can’t practise. If you can’t choose, you can’t go deep. So consent, boundaries, and pacing are central, not optional extras.
What Changes In Real Life
The first shift is often relief: you stop guessing. You learn to recognise when “intuition” is actually threat — contraction, urgency, spinning stories — or when it’s reward-chasing dressed up as destiny. You begin to feel your real yes/no sooner, before you override it. That alone changes relationships and decision-making, because clarity replaces performance.
Over time, you build the capacity to sense subtle information without overwhelm. You become better at listening in a relationship — not just in your head. The biggest change is usually quiet: you respond differently on an ordinary Tuesday. Decisions take less effort, boundaries become kinder and clearer, and you feel less alone in the process, as if guidance is something you can access, not something you have to force.
