“Trauma is experienced and processed in the body, not the mind. Emotion is ‘energy’ in ‘motion’. When traumas and emotions get ‘trapped’ or stuck in our bodies many common problems, both physical and mental occur. However, when trauma is somatically processed and emotions can flow freely throughout the body, extraordinary things happen.

We are able to return to our natural state where simple things, such as the smell of fresh earth, or the feel of rain on skin, can fill the whole body with orgasmic sensations, with feelings of delight.

We are able to circulate our life force, our sexual energy, by ourselves or with a partner, to experience waves of intense and sustained *orgasmic* pleasure throughout the entire body.
